peace
is my intention
Date: 4/6/2007 7:32:22 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1897 times I did have a blog about the fun I've had creating a page on myspace here, but have decided to remove the myspace blog and talk about peace.
Peace can be achieved individually more easily than locally, nationally, globally, or universally.
Peace within must come first. This week I've been rather reactionary (sp?) about many situations I've found myself in. Life has not been particularly peaceful for me. I am often presented with conflicts at my job, for example. It is my choice how to react.
When I have many stressful situations going on in my life at once, it is much more of a challenge to remain peaceful within.
Practicing meditation helps.
A nice warm herbal bath helps.
Many things help.
It is easy, however, to fling everything one knows about self-care by the wayside when presented with multiple stressful life situations at once.
I want to restore peace in my life.
That is my intention.
