In truth and reality you cannot separate mindbodyspiritemotionsthoughts. It is all one thing and anything affecting one part of this mindbody affects all other parts both for good or bad. We separate them in order to speak about them. But all is one.
In order to heal a weakness, you must bring it into consciousness. That's where the work takes place. In unconsciousness, things do affect the body negatively so one way it comes into consciousness is thru a manifested illness. But its better to just be aware of the weakness and energy drain before it manifests and heal it. Either way, it must be brought into consciousness.
All hereditary weaknesses that we came with into mortality from our family heritage must either be healed or manifest in the physical body.
Now let me add a thought about the spy in disguise. I am going to change the name of that phenomenon. A star in disguise. I saw a star in disguise today. She was an older woman with dyed red hair and she had some physical difficulties and she was dressed in her house dress and it looked like it was a bit of a challenge to get to the grocery store. She was alone. I looked at her shoes. They were big white tennis shoes but the laces were bright polka dotted. I realized she was a star in disguise. Her shoelaces told me something about her spirit inside. She was a bright and fun and happy joyful star and at the moment she was in disguise in this physical body.
