XxX- Avoid drinking beverages simultaneously with meals to avoid diluting digestive juices.
XxX- Fruits and vegetables are generally best not mixed. The exceptions to this rule are avocado [a fruit], which combines well with vegetables, as well as celery and lettuce, which are combined well with fruit.
XxX- Avoid combining acidic fruits with sweet fruits.
XxX- It is best not to eat fruit for at least one or two hours after a meal, for it is digested quickly and can ferment if held in the digested process by more complex foods [That's why, when people eat fruit with or after a meal with starches, grains, meats, ect., they complain of bloating and stomach trouble. They blame it on the fruit, when it's really the other foods in the digestive system].
XxX- Save the sweetest fruits for last when consuming a varied raw fruit meal.
XxX- Eat light foods before heavy foods, as the more watery light foods is digested quicker.
XxX- Consume your raw desserts an hour after a meal :)
XxX- "It is an established scientific fact in Western medicine that in order to initiate efficient digestion of any concentrated animal protein, the stomach must secrete pepsin. But it is also a well-known fact that pepsin can function only in a highly acidic medium, which must be maintained for several hours for complete digestion of proteins.
It is an equally well established fact of science that when we chew a piece of bread or potato or any other carbohydrate/starch, ptyalin and other alkaline juices are immediately secreted into the food by the saliva in the mouth. When swallowed, the alkalized starches require an alkaline medium in the stomach in order to complete digestion.
Anyone should be able to figure out [that] therefore ... [the alkaline juices and the acidic juices] promptly [neutralize] one another...the stomach [digests] neither ..properly."
XxX- Mono-dieting is the best!

I'm trying to balance out college order today. Obviously, I can only afford one college at a time.
Right now, I'm not even in a home I can call my own. A bit frightening and very stressing. Too afraid I'm going to be kicked out again.
Also, too ill to work, and no transportation. I'm also in debt. I have dreams of getting better, affording an apartment in Colorado, and attending the two schools I want to go to there [I decided, hypnotherapy first, then the school of energy healing]. My stepmom once told me she worked three jobs to go to school and afford an apartment. Now her salary consists of $10,000 a month, whether she goes to work or not.
She's my role model when it comes to acheiving your dreams. Even though she hasn't spoken to me since my father made me leave [and that makes me VERY sad.. I love her so much] I still hear her voice in my head that you can do anything you're determined to.
Today I'm going to go on a six mile walk, my first real form of physical movement in 6 months.
I still have many fears about myself. About chemtrails and GMO foods. I still wish it could be easy as ending my life so I could just rest. Love and rest, that's all I really want. To sit quietly curled in someone's lap, anyone who'll just let me sit there, where I can be safe and not have to talk. So I'm 18.. I had a strong spirit, but it's broken to the point that the little girl in me is very apparent to see, even though people that look at my face say the stress I've been through makes me look very old. THAT makes me feel better about my appearance.. *sarcasm* :) I have a problem about how I think I look.
Just tired :/
WOW That's a problem if I can't rely on myself for comfort and love!! *hugs self* We'll teach you, don't worry!!
Note to self: Do tapping exercises as promised to Invincible [Thanks chica <3]
