- Inside out, let's take a look... The Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you..." We all know it so well, but can we relate? Yes, I think so. For instance, if I pet Mr. Nelson, my Cat, he snuggles up and "pets" me back. If I say "I love you" to someone special, the reply will likely be similure, perhaps a smile or a hug, maybe the same words. Everything from our body language to what we say and do is responded to. That's attitude. Communicating positively with our bodies, words and actions will go a long way towards being treated like we want to be treated. Positively! Not only to we want to be treated kindly, to be excepted, to be loved, - We need to be. We NEED to exchange kindness to be happy and healthy.

The Challenge... Next time you interact with others, check yourself. Be positive in your attitude. Face it! How you treat others, will come back around. If someone is negetive, you will naturally respond negetively, but starting now, you can think "I'm gonna flip this magnet" and do your best to respond positively. They say it takes a good 30 days to get a habit established. Don't give up. Consciously at first, it will soon become subconscious.
