Alrighty...I've made it to day 4 and I'm very proud to say that I've been very good and I haven't eaten a single thing. Here are my results so far...
WEIGHT- 153 LBS
ARMS- (R) 10.75 (L) 10.5
UPPER ABS- 32.25
UPPER THIGH- (R) 23.5 (L) 34.25
LOWER THIGH- (R) 15.5 (L) 15.25
CALVES- (R) 13.5 (L) 13.5
TOTAL INCHES LOST- 6
TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 7
So far I don't think that's too bad especially since I didn't even exercise over the weekend. I'm going to try to incorporate a little bit of cardio over the week and see if I get any faster results here in 3 more days. On day 7 I'll record my measurements again and we'll see where I'm at!! I've made it this far without a bite I think I can make until then!
