Well broke the plateau!!! It was only a pound and 6 ounces, but hey, whatever counts:) I have changed my workouts AND eating habits. I now according to the articles eat every 2 to 3 hours (small meals) when I am hungry. As long as I pay attention to my body when it needs "fuel" then I keep my metabolism up. And now I am not tired or "ugh" during the day:)

I am 5'2". Should be back next week with some updated information. Oh, and lost a total of 22.5 inches overall. Oh, and have been reading books on eating healthier and I am on book 4 right now. I figured it would be great to understand why I overeat/binge and how I can overcome it. Kewl, how I have integrated these healthful foods into my diet.
Not sure if anyone has tried this, but I eat this (for some reason) everyday, because I love it SOOOO much! But its a grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat with spinach (alot of spinach). I cook it with butter cooking spray (no cals). I also make what I call a soyburger "salad". I microwave 2 soyburger patties, dice it and mix it with spinach and tomatos (again lots of spinach AND tomatos). What maybe the downfall of it is I use ketchup as a dressing...LOL That way I don't feel deprived of eating a buger. 2 tablespoons of ketchup is only 50 cals so I am ok with that:)
