Well today I had lots of fruit juice, mostly orange. No veggie juice, I just wasn't feeling it even though I know it's a good thing to drink. I made a bouillon cube, veggie, and it was delicious. Today I really felt like I wanted something to eat, nothing was satisfying me. I drank entirely too much maple syrup, but I'm craving something and I don't know what it is. Other than that life is good...I really don't feel like I'm being deprived by doing this or anything, I often forget about it. I do enjoy the juices, however I miss eating something somewhat solid.
Anyways, I feel awsome- feel much skinnier, look good in a dress that used to look horrible. I am down about 7 or 8 lbs, so I am right on track! I am planning on doing this for 30 or more days, until I really really miss eating or some life plans make it impossible to juice.
