I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it...

I've officially embarked upon my master cleanse! Yay!
I'm trying to do things the "right" way. And with this thought in my head, I woke up at the "early" hour of 11am and made my first SWF. I didn't like it, that was for sure, but I didn't react like I have read some people have - that is, violently throwing up. I managed to get a few gulps every minute or so. In between those I would stomp my feet and say how nasty the thing was. Thank goodness my roommate wasn't there, or he might have been very confused. Well, I finished in within fifteen minutes and proceeded to watch tv until the expected elimiations came about. They did. I remembered from the book by Peter Glickman, and these forums, that a feeling that is normally associated with flatulance is certainly not that after the SWF. So, I was in and out of the bathroom for an hour.
Other than the disgusting taste of the SWF, I preferred it over the laxative tea I had the night before, which woke me at 4:30am with major cramps for the next two hours (they would subside after I eliminated, but were recurring). So I hope to try to do the SWF tomorrow as well as long as I can get up early enough to do so.
I didn't find the lemonade to be delicious, but it certainly didn't bother me all that much, either. I had to carry a water bottle full of it when I was going places, and I certainly noticed the cayenne did get much hotter after a couple of hours, but other than that, it was fine. A bit sweet, but fine.
All in all, today has gone rather well. I didn't start getting hungry until around four in the afternoon. My biggest challenge was going to dinner with a firm this evening. They informed us previously they would be serving snacks...but these weren't snacks...it was a whole Meal! So, it was rather strange that I wasn't eating. I thought about following the etiquette that was laid out for me in a business class - that is, to get some food and just push it around - , but I knew I would eat some if I did, so I declined, saying I had dinner already and was on a strict diet. Luckily, that is the only planned dinner event I have, so I should be in good shape.
I started getting light-headed and a little bit dizzy this evening, so I had some more of the lemonade. I had about 6 1/2 glasses of that, the SWF, and I finished my tea this evening a short bit ago. Today has gone rather well, although multiple times I caught myself - when I looked in the fridge and almost instinctually went to pick out some food, when I saw the bus going to my dining hall and almost got on it to get lunch, etc.
I have only done the one water fast (5 days) in the past, and based upon that, I expect today and tomorrow (days 2 and 3) to be my most difficult. We'll see!
