Success and a little bit of happiness..Day 2

I finish explaining what day 2 was like on the MC, going through overall feelings and experiences.

This day has gone so much better than I expected. I had class from 9:30-3:30 and I was barely bothered at all with hunger pains. In fact, I saw plenty of people eating and didn't even care to have what they were eating. The only thing that went against that trend was that every time I passed the vending machines (there are about 6 I have to pass on my way to each class), I was tempted, out of habit, to go get something to eat, or at least a Vault Zero.

After my last class I felt so energized (I carried around a 32oz water bottle of my lemonade during classes), that I decided to go to the gym. I wanted to take it easy because I figured if I didn't I would probably have more issues with hunger later. My biggest mistake here was forgoing more lemonade before I worked out.
Stats:
Weights (light to mod) 30min
Elliptical 35min 405cals
Stationary Bike 30min 217cals
Weight: 157.5

I'm down 1 1/2 pounds, which I was not thrilled about, mainly because I had been hoping that my first reading of my weight was a fluke. I started this MC none too soon seeing as how my weight was skyrocketing in lue of quitting smoking.

After working out, I felt immensely exhausted and lightheaded (probably because I had only had 3 1/2 cups of lemonade and none for the past 3/4 hours), but managed to practice a little piano before I went home. I started getting grouchy for the first time and decided it was time to sleep after downing two cups of lemonade.

And now I've had my last cup of lemonade, and am working on my laxative tea (btw, I use a whole senna tea). Since I use the 100% senna it makes sense that I'm getting cramps, I guess. I'm sort of glad for it, though, since I am more inclined to have my SWF in the morning because it is so unpleasant.

Overall Stats:
Weight: Down 1 1/2 pounds
Worked out for 1 1/2 hours (1hr cardio and 1/2hr of weights)
Energy level (from 1-10, 10 being highest): 8
Number of lemonade drinks: 6 1/2

Positives:
More energy than usual
General feeling of well-being
Sense of higher awareness

Negatives:
Lightheadedness (after workout)
Tiredness (mainly because of not having enough lemonade)
Slight cravings
