Here we go again

My master cleanse journal. I need to stick with it this time before my surgery!

Okay, so I am back on the MC and let's hope I do better this time. I really realllllllllllllllllllly want to stick with this! I need to. I am having surgery on July 27 and July 30. So it is VERY important to detox my body and be healthy before my surgery's. This cleansing is ALOT harder than I could ever have imagined. I think the saltwater flush is what thru me for a loop. I am not going to do the SW flush everyday. I will just do my tea's at night and in the morning. Also I need to add just alittle bit of cayanne pepper. I put way to much last time and my throat was on fire all day. Is it good to only put 1 tbsp of maple syrup instead of 2? That is what I read if you are wanting more weight loss.

But let me set something straight. When I first started this cleanse I did just for the weight loss and I failed. I didn't do it to feel better or more healthy. Now I am doing this because I WANT to be healthier and feel better. Not thinner but just better. Have more energy! I know I can do this! I don't know how many days I am aiming for. I would settle just for 5! I drank my tea tonight and start tomorrow.

Here I go again.......
