Sleepless in Virginia
When I got underneath my down alternative heat trapping sauna of a comfortable, I felt warmer.

I didn't think I would be posting about my rebuilding phase during the week so soon.
Yesterday, I had my "hormonal balance drink" (1 cup of cow's milk kefir, 1t of cod liver oil, 1T of flax meal, 1T of VCO and 1 egg yolk). Then 2 hours later, I had the acv (2t) and honey (1t) drink. I went to bed around 11pm. I started feeling warm prior to going to bed. When I got underneath my down alternative heat trapping sauna of a comfortable, I felt warmer. I lowered the thermostat to make my place cooler, took off my pajamas (cami and sweats) and put on a large t-shirt. I felt better. I'm not sure which made my temperature increase the hormonal balance drink or acv cocktail?
All that said, I didn't have a goodnight's sleep. I had interesting dreams. I'm going to keep a dream note keeping book near my bed. I've had some weird ones ever since the Master Cleanse.
I woke up this morning bloated. I can fit into my clothes, so its not that bad. I don't think the kefir drink and acv cocktail go well together. Even if there is a 2-3 hr break in between them. The drink is more important to me then the cocktail. So, I will just have tea before bed (despite the fact that I am switching to nut milk when the kefir runs out). I can add ACV to my soups or meals.
