Day 4 of Master Cleanse

Day 4 was very easy. There are only a couple times during the day when I go to long without a lemonade that I start to get that empty sensation in my gut telling me it's time. Then if I'm out and about and can't get to one, I start to get a little cranky 20 minutes later, but after a drink, I'm fine!
I went back to a work out for 45 minutes and found that I was bouncing off the walls. I had SO much energy! I feel great! My mood is stable, no depression, no anxiety, better focus.
Also, I finally went to Whole Foods and got Organic syrup...I know I know, terrible UNORGANIC syrup up to now. And I had to be in people's faces last night and I'm SO paranoid about halitosis that I had some gum, but it didn't give me any cravings like I thought it would.
OH! And I had to go on stage last night and eat a piece of coconut for the play I'm doing. I asked my fellow actress to give me a tiny piece, but she accidentally gave me a big one... well, I couldn't figure out a way to get out of eating it. It's part of the play and I couldn't hide it in my hand, I have to USE my hands. So I ate it. And got hives by the time I got off stage! Oh, I'd be so sad if I was allergic to coconut. I LOVE that stuff!
So maybe I'm not to the letter, but it still seems to be working wonders for my mental state and my energy. People actually told me yesterday that I look thinner. The scale isn't registering much, (4 pounds and I'm tall) but other people can see it. I can't, I'm too hypercritical so I'm not even going to look.
I think I'm going to go the full 14 days. Then wean myself back onto food just in time for my wedding so I can at least eating off a plate. Then I think I'm going to try Dr. Hyman's Ultra simple diet for the be rest of the month and then get back on the fast beginning of next month. It should be a lot easier without the caffeine withdrawals.
