Day 13 and 14 Master Cleanse

I was doing my toungue scraping and realized that I have all these little inflamed taste buds on my tounge! Detox symptom? Anyone know what that means?
I've gone to every other day with my senna tea as I've passed the 10 day marker with it and it says on the box to only use for ten days. Now, though, I'm getting solid waste every time I use it. And the cramps are less, so thank God for that.
Still 12 pounds down. Solid. Scale not budging. I think I'm going to go on a wind sprint workout today. That REALLY works. On the other days I do Debbie Seibers Slim in Six series and her Slim Series workouts. Those things REALLY lean and tone my body. But wind sprints (interval training) seems to drop weight like no other workout.
So here's the plan. I'm going for 16 days on this cleanse. That gives me 3 days to get back to solid food in time for my wedding. After that, the Ultra Simple Diet by Dr. Hyman until my stepdaughter's birthday, then back on the cleanse for a goal of 20 days. After that, the goal is to be eating mostly raw food. I know I'm a Fad-Diet junkie. But I need something "new" all the time. I get bored so I jump from plan to plan. Thank goodness this has kept me at the same weight since high school (except for BRIEF stints up and down here and there) but now I really owe it to myself to get in great shape. Hopefully, if I can find a way to get DOWN to a new healthier weight, I can just focus on STAYING there and making new habits.
I'm really concerned about getting off the wagon again though. Hopefully that won't happen this time.
