A week and two days

I haven't been able to give updates the way I've wanted to because my computer crashed! I'm taking it to get fixed today, and I'm going to be sooo sad if they don't fix it. All my music is backed up, but most of my pictures aren't.
This is going to have to be a quick entry, I need to go off and get some studying/homework done. These last few days have been busy busy, go go. I haven't done as well with eatting healthy nutritious food the past few days as I've wanted to, but I haven't been eatting much. In the morning I have some tea with honey and soy milk (when its there, it wasn't there for the first day) when I get up, which is just before 5am. I try to drink water too, but sometimes I forgot. Or iced mint tea with nothing in it. I have a baggie of homemade granola bars with trail mix in them. I make mine with honey, not sugar, still use the melted butter though. Haven't found any way to substitute that. Its really filling, so I'll kinda pick at it now and then. I have classes from 8 or 9 until 12, then I'll come home and eat some lunch. Salad, rice and beans, homemade egg rolls (no meat, tofu). That's always fine, because I don't keep junkfood besides my mini container of icecream. If I go to work though I wind up eatting junk food, because that's all they have. I get why it needs to be packaged, but I wish it wasn't such crap. Last night there was stupid drama going on, and I was all stressed about it, which made me think I needed some coffee. Of course I didn't, but coffee is my comfort drink, and its sitting in a pot all ready made and fragrant. Mmmm. Usually whatever is for dinner is halfway decent, and their pretty good about keeping veggie trays and stuff for me to make smoothies. If I don't go to work I'll come home for a bit longer, then go off to the lab. Can't eat in a lab, so that always works out pretty well. At some point I have some kind of dinner, or at least snack on something. I work on the weekends too, but on Sundays I do my shopping and most of my cooking for the week. That way I get something not only nice and nutritious, but nice and fresh.
All in all my eatting habits aren't too bad, but enough junk gets thrown in there with not enough exercise to throw me off, and keep some weight on that I don't want there. It will be so awesome when that's gone! I'm going to really try to kick up the prep a notch, and eat really healthy. I set myself such a good example in the mornings, then usually throw it down the drain by the evening.
The only thing I worry about with this fast is what if I need time to rest? I get up by 5am, and go go go until at least 11. Sometimes I can catch a half hour nap here or there, but not everyday. And that's just to keep afloat with school and work and bills. I'll just have to make it work, and I'm pretty good at that if I do say so myself! =)
