Day 8 was wonderful !

Day 8 was wonderful!

I slept like I am already use to,during this Fast till 12 AM ( The telephone woke me up ).
I like it! I know I am lucky I have time to sleep so long.

Then I visit a dear friend of mine for a cup of water .

I need less water now.
The burps nearly desapear.

I feel good, my body feels good .

No weight loss today.

I hope day 9 will be exactly so good !
