Damn You Mc D's!

Yesterday was a hard day for me. Although I was not hungry, I felt like this fast was going too slowly. I get a little depressed when I think that weight wise, I am so far from the werght I was when I started my first fast last year. So I have to remind myself Lao Tzu's quote : "the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step"
Yesterday my hubby was home sick and asked me to get him McDonalds for dinner. I picked it up and drove home. My ride is about 20 mns, so I was emprisoned in my car, with the hypnotising smell of McD's... I felt so deprived and my eyes even started watering... I was so sad! This is the second time I have to endure this experience in my car with Mc D's for my hubby. The odd thing is that when I cook a delicious meal, I don't mind the smell that much. What is up with Mc'D's? how come this stuff smells so good? I am telling you, fast food chains spent a lot of money in R&D to ensure that the taste and smell will completely unleash draggons in us! This stuff should be illegal!
