28 Day Medical Fast, Day 8

Woke up this morning with a mild detox headach. I slept off and on dreaming of fast food and pastries. No joke. I woke up at 3 am with a little diarrhea, nothing substantial.
I'm starting to get just a little acne on my face, and I shower twice a day after drybrushing to avoid disgusting my wife.
I've noticed I have to brush my teeth a lot, my mouth always feels odd. Not dry but maybe just a little metallic, almost like it might be ketosis? I'll have to drink more juice at each meal and see if I can change that.
I dont necessarily want to be in a ketonic state all the time, but now that I've thought it through, I'll need to look into it to see if it's beneficial or if I want to up my caloric intake. I'll keep you posted.
