A nice loss in weight

Today I:
-Oil pulled
-Enema
-Skin brushed
-Walked for an hour in the sunshine
-Bike rode for 30 min
-Walked for another hour
-DRANK WATER

Emotional Aspect: Feeling happy and excited about the outcome of the fast. No weakness yet.

Observations:
~Skin looks kinda pretty :P
~not as bloated
~face not as puffy

Onto day 3!
