No walk to soothe my anger

Today I:
-Oil pulled
-Enema
-Skin brushed
-DRANK WATER

Emotional Aspect: Angry. Worked all day, had no time for a calming walk.

Observations:
~Looser pants. (yay!)

Onto day 4!
