Fast update: High Raw, mostly vegetarian

I'm still losing weight, I now walk about 4.5 miles a day. I still juice about 1 drink a day, and eat raw as much as possible. I will eat one can of chunk light tuna on a salad every other day or so for the b12.
I use Caloriecount.about.com to track every aspect of my caloric intake vs. expenditure. I average about 1200 calories in each day and feel fantastic, I'm getting the right balance of carbs, fat and protein and I'm still losing weight. I was holding at a plateau of 190 for almost three weeks. Then I found Calorie Count and started losing weight immediately. I'm presently at 183 and expect to drop three more pounds by this time next week. It's very exciting. My ultimate goal is to be 160 pounds by my 37th birthday in July 2009. I feel that I will meet that goal. I was able to button ( but not move in) my size 32 Wrangler jeans, and have tossed my old size 36 generic jeans. I'm pretty comfortable in 34's at the moment, with the help of a belt.
My sarcoidosis symptoms are much less now that I'm more active and living healthier. The swollen lymph nodes are smaller and I don't have as much shortness of breath. Some days the walks are followed by a nice long nap, but on average I do ok.
I'll keep you posted every now and then as I near my goal of 160.
