too much information...sorry

Just to be on the safe side, I called martin @ life enthusiast.com to ask him about the liquid stools I've been experiencing since I started the master cleanse. It's not exactly diarrhea; I don't have that griping that happens. But there is a little gas and I can hear my stomach making sounds all day. It's more like a liquified stool. This is odd for me and I haven’t been sure what to make of it. Other than that and the occasional runny nose, I feel fine. The only time I remember exeriencing anything like this was when I tried Colosan.The difference between the last MC I did and this one, is the addition of Exsula Superfood supplements; so I figured martin would know. He assured me this is a normal cleansing reaction taking place, and that it will take the time it needs. O.k. but I won’t be trying to let out any surreptitious farts anytime soon. I have some Colon blow I’m planning on using - I’m considering using it once a month for a nice cleanout to assist in this cleansing process… I realize this is not fascinating stuff, but I want to remember the different phases, because you always think you’ll remember, but you forget.
