I drinking my late hot cup of Oolong tea really keep me up. I should not have drank something with a little bit of caffeine in it, but since I ate those couple of spoonfuls of fatty sloppy joe mix along with my bit of pasta, I wanted to make sure that the tea would help block the fat. I have read a lot about Oolong tea, so that is why I did it.
“Truth – Oolong tea is a very effective fat blocker. In fact, in Asia, many people drink oolong tea whenever they eat greasy and fatty food. At first, this was just a common belief among them, but scientists have since proven that it is indeed a good natural fat blocker. According to many studies, oolong tea’s fat blocking effects can, at maximum, double the amount of fat expelled by the body. This along with proper dieting and exercise can produce very good weight loss results!”
So I make in a common drink, along with my water. I am very proud that I have been able to remain 140 pounds (gaining only 7 pounds, after breaking my water fast) still after 13 days of post fast and to lose three pounds on day 14 of my post fast, especially when I have been eating so much! Actually my eating so much is really just small portions of food thought out the whole day (sometimes 5 or 6 times, depending what the food it.) I have noticed it I eat some beans, I don't eat again for a several hours, but if I eat veggies, I tend to get little hungry after 2 hours. I will try to figure out how much calories I am ingesting.

I know that doesn't seem like much, but usually I eat more thought out the day. Today is the first day that I have really been calculating my calories to see how many I am really ingesting, as I am eating all the time. It is a bad day to be doing it, as I only ate 4 times. I usually eat 5 or 6 times, even 7 times. It always seems that I am eating. My day was totally off, as I was really fully from lunch and then I was over at a friend's house late and when I got home I ate again, as I was very hungry. I usually don't allow myself to get very hungry like that, as I am eating a little between lunch and dinner and sometimes even a snack much later after dinner, depending when I had my dinner.
EXERICISE: Walked 2.5 miles on my pedometer, and did a little bit of dancing around (listening to MP3 Player) as I had the energy! LOL
WATER INTAKE: about 12 ounces +
WEIGHT: 137 pounds.
