First day of taking oxypowder

Well, got my shipment yesterday! I started out with the 4 pills as suggested. I slept all through the night. Went to work the next day and had a small bm.

My coworkers and I divied up the pills, they started w/ the recomended dosage.

I went to 8. (3/24)

I'll let everyone know how it goes tomorrow.
