Day 3 by redfizz .....
All the "ness's" are starting to show themselves...ugh!

I really struggled last night. I wanted to eat for the sake of eating. Every now and then I would get strong hunger pangs. I am really cantankerous, and I have a good friend that I am not very patient with right now-not that he deserves to be treated poorly. But he is being so patient with me. I wish everyone had a friend as great as him.
Today I am 137.0/29.6%. Silly BMI. Again, it all depends on your water intake. I will check my BMI on the scale tonight again. It usually goes down in the evening depending on how hydrated I am.
I did, however, take my before pics for this time. I know I tried to cleanse a couple times since my big one, but I never followed through. But once I came across my before pics from my first, there was no doubt that I was not going back to looking like that.
I know my goal is to finally get to 125lbs, but with the irritability, moodiness, restlessness, forgetfulness, and the rest of the "ness'es", I am finally reminded of why I REALLY do these cleanses: it's for health and peace of mind. The weight loss is just a perk. Okay, a really great perk.
Yesterday my back hurt and I started having headaches try to appear. I am so glad I broke the caffine crutch the last time. Migranes from breaking that were not fun! I am taking my bentonite clay, psyllium, liver/gallbladder herbs, and cleanse herbs. It's like a full meal of herbs.
I have been on the verge of crying ever since yesterday. I am soooo overly sensitive right now. And no, it's nowhere near "that time" for me. I am very tired right now. It was a very restless night. I kept having all of these negative thoughts and fears.
Has anyone had any experiences with prayer and fasting? I know that the Bible always talks about how powerful it is to combine the two. I would love to know if anyone can attest to this.
Have a great day!
