Judy, it's good news about the coconut oil for non-secretors. I'd just looked up coconut and found it was an Avoid. Also found out the same applies to ACV. I havn't had a Secretor test done yet, but this is starting to make sense to me. I have always reacted badly to Avoids, even before this diet. I couldn't understand why I feel good on coconut oil and ACV if they too were Avoids. Maybe I now have my answer.
(Eg, 5HTp and St. Johns Wort, are just two of the supplements I cannot take, if I do they make me feel very strange, lightheaded and dizzy. EPO gives me strange stomach pains.)
Sorry, just found the following 'Lists for: Secretors apple cider vinegar is NEUTRAL, but for Non-Secretors it is an AVOID.'
(So, one's all right and the other isn't, depending on secretor status)
