Testimonial by Sutton - Blood Sugar Stable!
I have only been doing this for a few weeks and I am getting
such positive results. I was like you, eating massive amounts
of protein and hanging on from meal to meal with severe blood
I am following Moreless's protocol with eating high alkaline
and no protein in the evening. At first, I thought I would not
make it with out all that protein. And I thought the BSM drink
would exasperate the blood sugar. But, it is the opposite. It
is helping immensely. My blood sugar is more stable all the
Also, taking those baths are a HUGE help.
It took me a few days to adjust and now, every day I see and
I do not do well with fruit. I am eating veggies and veggie
soups. If I am hungry for sweet I am eating a piece of jicama
or red pepper. The more veggies I eat the better my blood
sugar. And I am telling ya....those baths!!!!
... And I was eating way too much protein and too much sugar.
And when I say sugar I mean whole breads and fruit and whole
grains. I am not eating any processed grains, very little
whole grains, no fruit and honey,( for me, would be like
shooting heroin into the veins.) I am assuming that this is
because I am so depleted and acid. So for now, I am on mostly
above ground veggies and lowering the protein.
Every day I am getting more blood sugar stable. I can eat
veggie soup at night and be okay all night. Before, I would
have to get up in the middle of the night to eat! I would be
eating protein late at night to keep stable.
I was eating way too many carbos for me. That I think was what
was causing the need for the protein.
I am eating an avocado a day and that is very filling. I cut
back on the amount of fat I was taking. I am taking one
teaspoon of fish oil a day. Just started that.
I am making great veggie broths and soups. They are filling
and sustaining. Every few days I am having a glass of raw
milk. And 2 BSM drinks (alkalizing drinks) a day.
What I thought was blood sugar seemed to be acids because I
would get shakey and take one of ML's baths and feel better.
I have a lot of work ahead of me. But, honestly, this is the
most blood sugar stable I have ever been.
