Ahhhh Cancer. Does smoking cause cancer???
When I was sick I studied three groups of people. 1. The various societies around the world that routinely live to be well over 100 years of age, 2. The athletes, and 3. The Survivors.
While studying the societies that live to be over 100 I made some interesting observations. One was the use of tobacco was very common in allmost all of them. Even the old Indian pipes were well used into old age.
So I don't think it's the tobacco that's the culpret with smoking I think it's all the chemicals they use and put into the tobacco when growing it, harvesting it, and getting it to burn consistantly that cause all the cancer.
Plus, it's a diversion. The real cause of cancer is chemical poisoning and parasites. To blame tobacco is quite convieneint for them. They know about the chemicals, they know the damage they do, that's why they're in all the foods and products in the first place but if they can get the gullible public to think it's their fault why they merrily carry on with busines as usual avoiding all suspician. Pretty slick huh?
Plus, you hear it all the time: "He didn't smoke, didn't drink, ate his vegetables and he still died of the cancer". Chemicals and parasites folks. Get the people to think by using tobacco they're doing something wrong.
And believe it or not there has been some rather interesting research lately that tobacco just might be good for you. Alzhiemers and demientia type stuff. Plus it does stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system which is the part of your nervous system that runs your organs and the healing process.
If you are going to use tobacco use the chemical free stuff where you buy the tobacco and tubes to put it in and roll your own. And make sure you use your lungs everyday. A brisk 20-30 minute walk everyday.
I don't advocate tobacco use but if you're going to use it make it as safe as you can by using the chemical free tobacco and of course get your exercise.
