It's helping me to write about it, because I think it was a combo kidney/bowel reaction I was having. I think I can feel it especially when toxic stuff passes by a certain area in middle left side torso at descending colon I know is weakend in me, but is healing! I felt kidney area pain and presssssure. I was incredibly weak barely able to lift my arms for a few hours and I am a strong man. That was till I had some hot lemon water and papaya and almond flour and green apple and sipped water.
So, Enzymatic Therapy Metal Magnet is humic/fulvic acid from ancient Himalayan peat - fascinating ooooold stuff that chelates metals and non-organic substances (could have been a lot of things). Anyway, it seems to literally wrench metal out of you at first and then is more tolerable. It is strong so trust me, be careful. In particular, you can't drink regular chlorinated tap water with it due to an organic reaction, but filtered is ok. Read the bottle and maybe research a bit more. There's a lot of study around metal cleansing without having floating metal on the way out of the body pass through the blood/brain barrier as well as kidneys and bowel, in order of concern.
N Acetyl Cysteine is a great chelator and sulfurous compound for some cleansing applications (incl lungs), but maybe is NOT good for metal in particular b/c people say it may carry the metal through the blood/brain barrier designed to protect your brain and filter larger particles.
Another example is cilantro which is metal cleansing. I've heard being a person with metal fillings who's eating a lot of leafy cilantro, might be exerting a chelating effect just chewing directly on the metal filling. That's BAD b/c you want to carefully control it's exit from the body and you're taking some metal ions into your digestive tract which will never beahve in a metal toxic person. But, I like having cliantro in my Alive vitamin (doin a little behind the scenes chelating), which I recommend. Has mushrooms, lots of immune goodies, energy boosting aminos, cilantro, veggies base, etc. I use some in my fresh green veggie juice. Hey, I don't do it daily, but it is so wholesome to get a Champion Juicer and go off, adding to juice with raw eggs, curry seasoning, coconut oil (this may irritate some ppl's gut), sea salt, ginger, garlic, blended in magic bullet.
Eat good fiber (maybe not irritating psyllium) but actual good vegetables, cook your beets/roots well, ease up on grains but steel cut oats cooked for 1.5 hrs can be good.
So, I suggest get some Metal Magnet, as well as Sun Chlorella and BE careful with them. Take them away from each other and be gradual (MM every other d @ bed, plus early day 4 chlorella, increasing freq to 2x/d and MM each d @ bed) and taking care of your kidneys. Also what I said b/c you need more gut lining protection right now.
