Where do you live?? Do you not have safe water?
I only boil water for tea. I drink filtered water
from our well or spring water from the store.
Certainly, one thing you may also consider is to
make sure you have no
parasites and yeast problems.
Explore the different cleanses and do a round of
cleansing and then see where that leaves you. If
you have had water problems, you could easily
be dealing with a gut full of parasites. They are
generally epidemic so most people have them but
do not realize it. Your colitis could actually be
a symptoms of different things. Leaky gut for
example. Anyway, it may take you a long while to
rebuild your health, but it is worth the effort.
I like to use a measuring spoon too in order to
measure my salt. I will put it in my water and
allow it to dissolve overnight before drinking.
Ideally, you need to drink close to half your
body weight in
ounces of water a day when cleansing.
For years, I was chronically dehydrated and did not
realize the importance of water. Since becoming
fully hydrated, so many of my issues have resolved
themselves. Also, the progress builds on itself
and so as you begin to clean up parts of your body
and clean your body's filters and blood and
strengthen different organs, you will find that
you will feel better and better. Be patient but
also consider making a game plan and sticking with
it.
best wishes,
Zoe
