she was able to keep it utill she reached 10 caps. so i dont think of soy alergy and she use to eat soy products before because we do not eat meat at home so no problems with that. does distilled water for enema should be warm or cold . and about lentils she love them i use only split mung beans without shells and red lentils without shells they are very easy to digest it takes only 15 min to make them and i make it in boiled water with garlic and ginger and turmric. in india when people are sick unable to eat anything they are advised to eat those lentils because they are easy to digest and easy on the system but not chick peas or whole mung beans with shells.She felt better with eating them before so please advise again about them. her bm is solid any way never watery only she gets blood and mucus with it. i will start vitamine e enema again on monday with 2 caps . her diet is still same.she is stll taking selenium and multi vitamine too. only stopped enema after had to expell it for 4 days in a row.Thanks.
