FYI, Natasha Trenev, author of Probiotics: Nature's Internal Healers recommends against prescription antifungals, especially Nystatin. She claims there is research to suggest that when you stop Nystatin, the fungal infection comes back even stronger (i.e., it builds up immunity?). She recommends very powerful probiotics (see my other post a few minutes before this) and caprylic acid, grapefruit seed extract, garlic, olive oil (contains linoleic acid an antifungal), germanium, and aloe vera juice. I've also used Olive Leaf capsules opened into a small bit of water and the same with Pau D'Arco capsules into water. All of these supplements (ex the probiotics that I just ordered) were too strong for me recently during my first few days of fasting. The die-off sent me to the hospital several times. They're cheap and readily available and, if they don't work, then try combining them slowly. Also, be sure to see my other post on probiotics. It includes the author's recommendations as well as another sufferer's recommendations and where to get recommended products.
Hope this helps.
