Maybe there is an organic fruit and vegetable supplier near you.
I've even figured out which foods in a Chinese restaurant DON'T have the prepackaged sauce mixes (MSG) on them.
Sour cream is one, the plateful of tiny egg fu yung is another...vegetable salad with only sour cream for a dressing is good. There are others.
Mung bean sprouts can be grown on your kitchen counter. Someone suggested that alfalfa isn't the best choice...I forget why.
I like dried kelp crushed, and sprinkled on most anything, and refrigerated flax seeds are delicious.
