My whole body is aching.
Feels like I worked out with weights for 2 hours yesterday, when the truth is I have not lifted a finger.
Now a little history, I had a personal trainer an ex football player, who really bulked me up.
What the heck???
I already took an Epsom Salt
and baking soda bath at 2:00 am in the morning.
I have 3 hot pads all over my body right now, wondering if I should go in the bath again.
