My little trick is to float the cayenne on top of the
McCocktail...NEVER capsules...unless you've tried everything.
mix your H2O, MS and LJ
get your cayenne ready...tip the glass towards you right to
the rim, dump the cayenne in. It will scatter and float for a few seconds.
I down it before it sinks...no problem...I mean drink up fast!
Some cayenne is hotter than others so watch out!!!
Regardless of the quantity, floating is the best way to go ...for me...
If anybody is sensitive to the cayenne I highly suggest the 'floater'!!!
It took me 4 years to work up to a teaspoon...I try to take in 3 tablespoons
per day. Sometimes even off the cleanse. I actually heard Stanley on a radio station decades ago say that 3 tablespoons per day is good.
More than anything , my eliminations are more productive AND the bowels move
the cayenne out. I find it most imperative to lay the cayenne on thick for the
last few lemonades. This ,I found, makes the cayenne really work on the colon
while you sleep.
With the high cayenne intake, I find I can skip SWFs occasionally if not altogether and still have BMs so I can feel comfortable venturing out for appointments or ???
Note:I do not endorse skipping swfs when first beginning to Master Cleanse. I have lived a very healthy lifestyle for the last 32 years. Skipping SWFs can be dangerous
if one is not rigorously healthy.
