Probiotics: Take the recommended amounts the manufacturer suggests. If it's a good probiotic one bottle should do it. The microorganisms start to multiply as soon as they reach the colon so there's no need to continue taking it for any length of time. The idea is to re-seed the colon after antibiotic therapy. Once the seeds are planted they grow all by themselves. So, one or two bottles is plenty if the probiotic is a good one.
Thanks for the info on the P&B shakes. I've been looking for something that doesn't have all the extra herbs and other things in it for myself. Your description of what is being expelled is exactly what is supposed to be being expelled.
The anti-parasite stuff is important, real important. Once you start taking it DON'T STOP for at least a year. That's where I screwed up. Even though Clarks maintanance is twice a week. I didn't do it. Once the main infestation was gone in the Fall of 97 I was so relieved that I simply forgot, I thought it was over with. Not so, six months later I'm sick again. No where near as sick as before but I knew something was up. So I'd get back on the bug killer again for about three months, symptoms went away and I thought that was that. Not so. Next time after the three month deal I did maintanace the first week of the month. For a whole week I did the bug killer. Well, it kept them at bay but I still didn't feel good. Obviously I ended up doing the every three day maintanance and now am on top of all this.
With no bug killer going in it takes about 48 hours for any eggs to hatch. If you kill the bug at that stage eventually all the bugs are gone. But if even one is left behind you risk getting reinfected and start the whole process over again.
I don't agree at all with Humaworms 30 days on and then wait three months for another 30 days. All that'll do is keep you infested. So once you start the antiparasite program you do 90 days taking it everyday, then you go to every third day for a total of a year. Yup, get a calandar and keep track of it all. I'll probably be taking this stuff for the rest of my life. You have to remember I didn't have the typical North American parasite infestation. I got mine in the jungle, in the tropics so you won't have anywhere near the trouble I've had. Which is a good thing.
Barefoots DeWormer is the best full spectrum bug killer. So that's where you start. From what I've see and testamonials about humaworm it gets more to the microscopic parasites so there is a place for that also. Plus there are a couple of other excellent products available that you might want to play around with. The important thing is - Once you start DON'T QUIT for at least a year. 90 days everyday then every third day for a year. Not that hard and not expensive at all.
Now, once you start the bug killer the first day you take it is day 1. On day 14 do a liver flush, then again on day 28. Most bugs pass without a flush. The flush is to eliminate the stones that form as a protective response to having the parasites. As you go the stones will get darker and almost gray. When that happens you know you're getting to the end. All the little "new" green ones mean your body is still making them to protect itself form the bugs. Thus the bug killer is very, very important. Without it your liver will keep on congesting with those little stones. Once the bugs and debris are gone the liver heals rather quickly without very much effort on your part. It's just returning to "normal".
Apple cider VINEGAR not juice for your digestion. One ounce of Vinegar in one ounce of water. Drink it with your meal, before your meal or after your meal. Experiment to see what works best for you. I don't know the ratios for application as a douche. I'm sure you can find it somewhere on the Internet. But it's very appropriate for that. Beats the store bought kind.
Olive oil is pure liver food, so are lemons. There's a reason the Mediteranians live so long. Olive oil is great for the liver. The fruit juice is just to wash it down with. I use Juicy Juices Cherry juice. It has no high fructose corn syrup in it. Avaiilable at any grocery store. Take about a teaspoon of olive oil (I just take a swig out of the bottle) while it is still in your mouth drink the juice and swallow both at the the same time. Then you don't gag on the olive oil.
You do most of your healing while sleeping so the oil will go right to work empyting your liver and literally heal it while you sleep. So, take your oil before bed.
Salt? I don't know what Hain salt is, I prefer Celtic seasalt which I highly recommend. And eat plenty of it. Don't be afraid of a high salt diet. There's technical reasons for that but know one thing, the parasites HATE salt.
Synthetic vitamins are drugs. Synthetic means - not found in nature, which in turn means they are made in the lab from coal tar or sewage. Richard Schulze has a fascinating article about his search that eventually led him to create his Superfood. Any life form can only use for it's nutrition other life forms, either dead or alive. Your body requires that what you eat must have been alive at one time. Or is alive right now as in fruits and vegetables. Even minerals must be ionic which means it must have been processed by something else that was alive. Plants, animals. For further explanation read "Creation of the Post-Human being" and "Drugs ARE Chemicals" on my web site.
As it stands now there are quite few good mineral supplaments on the market but the vitamins are junk and literally drugs. One good Superfood is all you need. You can tell synthetic by the high dosages in Milligrams (Mlgms.) 1000 mlgms of this, 1000 mlgms of that, all synthetic - don't take them.
The only other thing I would recommend is distilled water. There's quite a bit of controversy about it but if you're sick you NEED distilled water. You need something pure going in to neutralize the poisons. And water is very sensative to your thoughts so keep love in your heart and a determination in your head to beat this thing. It IS normal to be healthy.
A lot of info here, this program works. keep us posted on how you do.
