I'm not MH, BUT ... processed foods are processed foods. I'm opting to NOT drink soy milk, can't see a natural thing about it .... tofu, same thing ... soy hamber meat, same thing.
I DO use tamari, fermented soy sauce with no wheat.
I DO use MHs Liver Cleanse that is liquid soy lecithin, evoo and herbs.
I have opinions on alot of the bad press that soy gets also:
Vegetarian, and some vegans are trying to replace meat and dairy with soy and are eating way to much of it. Probably in moderation, it would be ok if not GMO soy.
