Lecithin melts at body tempature. It is commonly used in cooking/baking. Melt on the stove with as much olive oil as you desire, stir and then pour back into a bottle. ome of the lecithin will fall to the bottom if it is thick, maybe 10% will stay suspended. So you may need to shake it up depending on how thick you make it.
You can simple put the pure lecithin in the mouth and allow to melt and chew it until all gone and no hassle, no mess.
