This is the first time that I am doing a parasite cleanse and I just need some advice. These are the items that I was able to acquire – Black-Walnut Hull Tincture but not extra strength as prescribed by Dr. Clark, Wormwood Capsules containing 220mg of Wormwood per capsule and a clove tincture.

I would like to know if the Black-Walnut Tincture is fine to use the way that Dr. Clark suggest as it does not have extra written anywhere on the bottle, the directions on the bottle are take 10 drops in ¼ cup of water 3 times a day.

The Clove tincture says take 10 drops in ¼ cup water 3 times a day, now I am absolutely not sure of the strength of this tincture, Dr. Clark says we need 500mg of clove per capsule so if someone could please help me out on the dosage to take for this one. I assume that 10 drops is equal to one capsule so, for instance, where the parasite program recommends 3 capsules 3 times a day I’ll take 90 drops 3 times a day. Is this too much? Am I overdosing myself here?

Both the Walnut Tincture and Clove Tincture say do not exceed the recommended daily dose on the bottle i.e. 10 drops in ¼ cup water 3 times a day. Any advice is welcome.
