gosh, i envy you. I so badly want to go to the gym. I want to run on a treadmill SOOO bad, but im home all day with my 2 kids. Im hoping come the new school year i can jump into curves or something.
this thread really has me wondering, scientifically...how long would our body hold out until it went eating away at our own fat.
I know i think ive heard after 10 days is when ur body really starts to kick butt, but just getting to day 10 is killer.
Im SOOO tired, and wore out during the days, its all i can do to walk down my stairs
