Hi Everyone,

Six weeks ago I did the Master-Cleanse for 40 days and I loved it. I did it for health reasons (who isn't?) and needed a way to shed extra body fat as well as cleanse. I did both and have been doing the Eat to Live diet since returning to eating and lots of exercise. All is well and I am maintaining my weight loss and feel like the vegan diet helps keep the cleansing effects to some degree. BUT I am holding myself back from doing the Master-Cleanse again right NOW!

I feel pulled toward it and know I will do it again, but when? Does anyone here have any insights or advise. My body says i am ready but I do want this to be a healthy decision.
