I have been bothered by my bad breathe for a few years. I believe I have finally found the problem which causes my bad breathe lately.
Believe it or not, it's my sneezing. I think every time when I sneeze, the expulsion of air also pushes something (tiny particles in white color) from my stomach back to my throat or the back of my mouth. And I am sure that those particles causes my bad breathe, which is very nasty smell.
I know this phenomenon sounds bizarre. So does anyone has the same problem? Or has anyone even heard of that sneezing would cause bad breathe?
I think everyone sneezes from time to time. So why my sneezing would cause the bad breathe problem, but other people wouldn't?
Please enlighten me and give me advice. Thank you.
