This is a reply to # 1,225,747You can buy a kit from MH. Or, what I do is fill a small plastic tub with cold water, and sit just my butt in the water so your privates are covered.

Basically take a sweat bath for 1 hour an then apply 50 degree cold water to the butt and you have done better than the original medical method of 150 years ago that was considered the best water cure ever created by man.
