Has anyone been able to fast for a relatively long period of time (ie. 2+ weeks) while still engaginging in high levels of exercise? If you have I would love to hear about your weightloss achievements.
Right now I feel like I want to test my body and see how far I can push it.
Today is my Day 1 of a 18 day water fast, with hopefully a lot of exercise.
After reading everyone's posts it looks like the highest amount of weight I can hope to lose a day is 2 pounds. I know it's pushing it to hope for that much weightloss, but I like to dream big :)
So in 18 days I want to lose 36 pounds!!! Wow, if that could happen i'd be the happiest person in the world!!!
I'll be logging my weighloss here so that if there is no one out there that has tried this, maybe I could be the first one and help others through my experience.
