I am vegetarian also and had some trouble coming up with a mainly high protein diet. Mostly I eat a lot of vegetables and salads, with soy-based protein sources. Vegan protein shakes are great, such as hemp and soy. Found this great-tasting vanilla one called Life Basics Plant Protein which is a mixture of hemp, pea and chia protein. Also I've seen chocolate hemp shakes but have not tried them yet. Yogurt is also a great protein source, not sure if you eat dairy products or not, but there is soy yogurt and pudding also.
