I don't think the vendor will run out, she's got a pretty big supply, of course, unless everyone buys! I guess that's a good problem to solve...
Today I'm doing okay, just really disappointed in my veggies from stores. Yuck! I get gas and tightness in my upper colon immediately upon eating low quality foods. I also cannot handle any oils/fats right now. Tried the cod liver oil again today 1/4 tsp and it ripped me up! Nothing helped but cottage cheese. Not so sure I can do that with the honey right now either because of leaky gut/candida, I'm not sure, but it seems like sugar from honey, not sure if it's the honey either (sigh), but something is irritating my colon. I KNOW the veggies are not what they need to be, that's for sure!
Tomorrow I'm off to the other farmer's markets in town in search of in season TQ veggies and see if I can find more vendors with TQ fruits as ML said not every vendor might have the same quality every time. I am hoping that the one I found will, she did sound like she was a consistent, diligent organic grower, but we shall see...
As for the Kelp, I purchased the kelp that starts with an "L"?, Frontier Certified Organic Kelp from a local health food store and then I ordered the other kind...Rockweed from
last week and am waiting for that to arrive.
I've only worked my way up to 3/4 tsp for an entire day because more than that makes me hyper. So, I don't know how much I need and how long it's going to take for everything to find its balance, yes? I ordered the Rockweed Kelp just in case I don't get warmer as it gets colder, as ML says test them out...they were so nice and sent me the lowest amount without making me pay the minimum order. I told the sales person about the ML site and gave her the link, she was very interested...you have to be specific and ask for the powder or caps though, it doesn't say it on the website, so you call. I don't do caps right now because I can't control the dose and I don't want my stomach to have to digest one more thing (the caps) if it doesn't have to.
I am taking tons of calcium/mag...I think I'm one of those who needs 700 more times than men--I just seem to be starving for it. I crave milk, cottage cheese, and when I eat it, it makes me feel better, my stomach. My only frustration is that I feel great energy wise, but my digestion is terrible right now as it's healing, but yet again, I must say, 3 weeks ago I had histamine responses to everything that passed my lips, headaches, and so forth, now for the most part do not. Again, where is the fast-forward button for this? LOL!
I'm also doing my best on the mercury forum to convince those folks to alkalize/mineralize and some are actually listening!
Long answer to a short question...thanks Refreshed for asking...
And now, what about you, how are you doing now that your eyebrows are beginning to grow in? Ahhhh, the joy of tweezers, yes?
