Can anyone advise me please?
I am currently on my first Water Fast
and it is quite challenging. I am at day 11 and am focused on completion. however as you may all know it is a real challenge as my body is going through several moderate healing crisis. My question is are there any tricks to help stayed focused? I am fasting to help with chronic candida that has plagued me for years.
I would also love help on how to break the fast. I am avoiding fruit at the moment and anything sweet and was thinking of using blended cucumber , maybe diluted? any suggestions?
And also how is the broth made that people use to break fasts and on what day can it be used?
