Daniel
In the summer of 2000 my blood pressure was topped at my personal best - 180/120. Not too shabby. In fact one when one doctor took my BP she suggested an immediate trip to the hopital. It was clearly time to do something, but I waited until 2002 to actually start trying to reduce my bood pressure.
I have always exercised (obsessively) running hours every week, lifting, swimming, etc. In my case, exercise has no impact on my hypertension whatsoever. I changed my diet and eliminated all salt, caffeine, alcohol, and any meat that is not organic. The net effect of this was to lower my BP to about 140/90-100.
I tried a liver cleanse which involved Super Phos 30, olive oil/lemon juice/classic coke, and epsom salt. I eliminated over 300 stones some as large as the end of my little finger. The
Epsom Salt had no effect on my BP at all.
The cleanse did really lower the BP into the lower range. It is now 110/80 in the morning and 120-125/85 in the afternoon.
Thats that. I joke with my wife that as soon as I give up sex, I will start some obscure religious order!
