What in the hell is happening with the people at Humaworm? I truly believe that they have a great product but their customer service is up to nonsense. I have done everything that I possibly can to get into contact with them but there is no reply and this is seriously frustrating. I am all the way from South Africa and require SOMEONE to talk to regarding payments and ordering but NO-ONE has come to my aid. I have even tried the phone number on their site with an International prefix that I had to look up via google but I still can't get through to anyone, it looks like their service for international customers is non-existent, how can I even be sure that I will receive my order. Cmon people I thought your company's policy was to genuinely help people but I am receiving no help. No it makes me so dam reluctant to pass on my hard earned cash, which is 10 times more compared to US currency, over the internet - to think I actually went out of my way to get a credit card so that I could pay for their product :(.
