I first used urine on a dry, red rash around my mouth and the very next day my skin cleared. I was so encouraged by the results that I decided to use it internally as well.

I took about 4 tbsp. The next day I really didn't feel any different, maybe more energy. Nothing significant.



After 3 days, I developed red dry skin on my forehead and 2 big zits on my cheeks.

But what really scared me was that I woke up and couldn't get up from bed. I had severe headache coming from the back of my neck. When I tried to stand, I lost my balance and I experienced vertigo. Objects around me seemed to be bouncing up and down. Everytime I shifted my position, I thought I was going to pass out.



I was like this for about 3 days. My husband had to help me get up from the bed to go to the bathroom. etc. At this point, I had stopped taking UT for 2 days.



Is this a normal reaction? I've read about headaches as a side effect but this was no common headache. It was scary and have never felt that way before.



I am now afraid to try UT again. I was practically bedridden for 3 days because of the continuing vertigo. Did I take in too much urine for the first 3 days?



Just some backgound info. I am relatively healthy, no illnesses or health problems. All I wanted was to have more energy so having that extreme side effect made me wary to try UT again.



Anyone experience anything like this?

Should I try again and maybe just get 2 drops under my tongue?

I really would appreciate any advise.
