I did not mention something when I summarized my Liver Flushes
so far. Every Liver Flush
that I have had has been accompanied by severe cramping in the calves and/or feet. I then wake up and have to spend 15 minutes working a cramp out before I can go back to sleep.
The old theory is that a lack of electrolytes cause cramping. This makes sense because you lose a lot of minerals and fluids when you do a flush. The combination of a fast without fluids and the Epsom Salts
causes this. But there is a current theory that says because athletes cramp up despite having plenty of electrolytes in their system, that cramps are caused by fatigued muscles and not a lack of electrolytes. Maybe both theories are correct and a lack of electrolytes can fatigue a muscle to the point of cramping.
Does anyone else have a problem with cramping during flushes? If so, is there anything you have done to prevent their reoccurrence on future flushes. Please share your experiences.
